R&D Engineer

Responsibilities : Conducting research and analysis: You will need to perform research and analysis on new products or technologies to identify potential areas of improvement or innovation. This includes studying market trends, customer needs, and existing products. Developing prototypes: Based on your research, you will develop prototypes or models of new products or technologies. This requires technical expertise in areas such as design, engineering, and materials science. Testing and evaluating prototypes: You will need to test and evaluate the prototypes you develop to ensure they meet performance and quality standards. This includes conducting experiments and collecting data to analyse the results. Collaborating with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with cross-functional teams, such as product designers, engineers and marketing teams, to ensure the successful development and launch of our new products.   Qualifications :  Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) Strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, good communication and collaboration skills. At least 2 years of working experience in the manufacturing field is a bonus. Proficiency in Autocad, Solidworks, Word, and Excel is also a requirement for this role.
