R&D Executive

Planning & carrying out R&D activities & project that comply with food regulation, NASAA (organic standard) and company vision and mission.- Design and formulate new product and improvement existing product and process- Conduct experiments and produce sample products.- Conduct sensory evaluation for new and existing product sample or when it is necessary- Conduct shelf life and product trial tests.- Collaborate with procurement department to source for alternative ingredients/ packaging materials/ production process/ machinery when necessary.- Liaise with supplier for new product samples and documents required, such as quotation, product specification, Halal Cert, etc.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to Friday- Weekend jobsSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- R&D and Food Processing: 1 year (preferred)
