R&D Executive

Design products based on images or descriptions.- Conceptualize the construction of new products, considering the use of materials and hardware.- Familiarize with the machinery used in the solid wood production line and design products that can be processed accordingly.- Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM).- Liaise with relevant department to procure required hardware.- Create construction drawings and engage in discussions with relevant department to optimize new products.- Prepare drawings required for sample production.- Monitor sample production, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the completion of samples.- Prepare documentation for the formal production of products.- Analyse and improve existing design as per the requirements.- Any other tasks assigned by management**Requirements**:- Skilled in using relevant software such as SOLIDWORKS, AUTOCAD, or INVENTOR.- Skilled in 3D modelling and three-view drawings.- Relevant experience and knowledge in furniture production.- Capable of independently designing products and overseeing the completion of prototypes- At least 2 years relevant experience**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Meal provided- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Experience**:- Graphic design: 2 years (preferred)Ability to Relocate:- Muar: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
