R & D Executive

Responsibilities:Define R&D strategies and organize project portfolio.
Manage R&D projects and perform post-launch follow-up when required.
Continuous improvement of existing products' performances.
Perform technical, scientific, regulatory and competition intelligence monitoring.
Support production in process implementation and work together for continuous and industrial scale-up.
Execute necessary physical and chemical tests and analyses for the products.
Liaise with and source suitable raw materials from various suppliers for new product development.
Set product specifications and production procedures, prepare TDS and MSDS for the products.
Supervise pilot and initial production batches.
Investigate abnormalities in process or product and provide technical advice and support in product/process improvement.
Assist sales and marketing with sample preparation.
Collaborate closely with sales, purchasing, operations, and marketing.
Requirements:• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry.
• Must be "hands-on" and creative.
• Ability to read and interpret literature in English and Mandarin.
• At least 2 years working experience in a similar function.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, innovative, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
