Job Responsibilities:
Guide and coach cooking methods to production staff.
Implement cost reduction strategies for raw and packaging materials.
Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for cooking methods.
Update the system with the latest prices for any increases or decreases.
Revise recipes before the launch date based on the latest updates.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior that align with KPIs.
Work closely with the R&D deputy manager.
Procurement of materials.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
