Key Responsibilities:
Innovate and Build:Lead the design and development of cutting-edge electronic and electrical hardware controllers, from initial concept through to mass production.
Design Excellence:Craft and refine electronic circuits through detailed design, simulation, component selection, and schematic circuit drawing, including PCB layout.
Collaborate and Create:Work closely with product development or technology teams to deliver top-quality products on time.
Test and Ensure Quality:Conduct rigorous evaluations and testing to ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations.
Project Management:Coordinate design activities efficiently, managing timelines and resources to meet project goals and deadlines.
Optimize and Solve:Address technical challenges with creative problem-solving to enhance design performance and reliability.
Mentor and Develop:Guide and support junior team members, promoting their professional growth and development.
Job Requirements:
Academic Credentials:Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering, with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or 2nd class upper.
Experience Required:At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field.
Technical Proficiency:Skilled in electronic circuit design with experience in PCB layout and best practices.
Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Communication and Attitude:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, collaborative attitude.
