R&D Software Qa Operating Manager

Key Responsibilities Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of software QA engineers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high performance and career growth.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Software QA Strategy and Planning: Drive the implementation of software QA strategy and roadmap that aligned with department objectives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.
Collaborate with partners to define software QA standards, processes, and methodologies tailored to the needs of agile software development projects.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software QA processes, tools, and methodologies, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies.
Proactively identify areas for optimization and innovation in software testing and quality assurance, advocating for the adoption of new approaches and techniques.
Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding software QA operational matters.
Foster collaboration and communication with cross functions/departments, ensuring alignment of software QA activities with broader organizational goals.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
Familiarity with Agile and/or TestOps practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team of engineers.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving continuous improvement for the organization.
