R & D Technical Development (Process & Product)

Responsibilities: To carry out RD project such as formulations, sample preparation, to initiate research & development effort to create new product. To maintain and establish related work instruction, specification and document of all project and sample status on time. Assist direct superior to liaise with various department for current product development and improvement. Customer service, new product complaint handling with the supervision of direct superior. Assist RD Executive for all the ERP system data entry & maintaining, create ERP code for new packaging material & product. Prepare the production instruction for trial run and trial order. Collecting data and filling all correspondence trial run record, COA & form. Assist RD Executive for sample packing & sending related work. Assist RD Executive in maintaining records the comply with the Quality Standard Procedure. Perform job that may be assigned from time to time. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering ( Chemical ), Engineering ( Material Science ),  Polymer Science/ Polymer Engineering, Chemistry  or equivalent. At least 1-3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Required Skill(s): MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, MS Word Candidate with Mandarin speaking is added advantage Preferably Junior Executive specializing in polymer Manufacturing / Production Operations or equivalent.
