R&D Technical Support Engineer At Resonac Materials Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

Our client "Resonac Materials Malaysia Sdn. Bhd." is seeking a R&D TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER to join their company!   What you'll be doing? Specify new products and improve existing products based on customer requirements to acquire new business and achieve pre-set new product themes. Conduct meetings with customers and internal R&D members to present or follow up on evaluation progress/results. Monitor the progress of each theme and ensure it aligns with set targets. Propose, receive, and monitor sending of FOC samples to customers for evaluation and qualification. Propose "Design Review" and attend trial mass production for new products/new product transfers. Travel for business trip in order to gather customer/market information, discuss and troubleshoot customers' issues, and promote the product line-up.
  Who?are?they?looking?for? Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Chemical Engineering, Pure Chemistry/Material Science or equivalent Engineering background. Junior Executives with working experience in the Semiconductor industry will be an added advantage. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in the Japanese language (at least N1) will be an added advantage. Positive attitude, enjoyment in meeting/dealing with people, willingness to travel for business trip. Ability to work in the lab for long hours. Deep interest in research work, adeptness in attending/conducting meeting/presentation with/to customers.
