Responsibilities:You contribute to the research and development of innovative oleochemicals for the lubricant market.
You participate in research projects, conduct experiments, evaluate, and report the results.
You support internal and external customers with technical questions and production quality.
Additionally, you investigate potential improvements or complaints and report your findings.
You assist in laboratory management (e.g., 5S, instruments, and inventory) with a strong focus on a work safety culture.
You write correct and clear reports of executed assigned research-related studies (includes literature study, design of experiment, etc.)
under supervision.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team and the collaboration between different departments.
Job Qualifications:Minimum a Bachelor's degree preferably science-related qualification.
Proven successful professional experience of at least 3 years in carrying out laboratory synthesis and analysis of products.
Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
Proficiency in MS Office (Words, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Documentation.
Autonomous, rigorous, creative, and a team player.
You know how to foster a positive and stimulating team environment in order to contribute to the team's development.
