Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent at MegaHarta Real Estate.
As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, providing exceptional customer service, conducting sales activities, and managing real property listings.
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, show properties, negotiate offers, and guide them through the buying or selling process.
Qualifications
Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
Customer Service and Sales skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
Adept at property market analysis and trends
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience in real estate sales or property management
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field is a plus
