An exciting opportunity for a Real Estate Research Analyst is available in Edmund Tie & Company.
RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor the property market, identify trends and provide forward-looking research Gather data and maintain research databases Author research publications and insight papers Contribute to research projects Render support to internal and external stakeholders Carry out market analyses, feasibility studies and other consulting work Gather data and analysis to derive benchmarks and implications Perform financial modelling where required Contribute to consulting projects Draft consulting proposals Support the directors in various work projects REQUIREMENTS 1-2 years of relevant experience Degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Economics, Statistics or Business Passion for real estate and creative thinking Strong commercial acumen Logical with good interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Proficiency/interest in data analytics Attention to detail, desire to learn, team player Join us to develop your strengths and enjoy a fulfilling career full of varied experiences.
