Receiptionist

Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.- Handling all phone calls and manage internal & external customers timely and professionally.- To collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items to the respective departments.- Maintain cleanliness at reception area.- Set up meeting facilities included meeting room reservation.- Carry out some clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing & faxing.- Supervise and inspect the cleaners work in their daily activities.- To perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.**Requirements**:- Possess at least 1 years related experience.- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, PowerPoint. Pleasant appearance with a cheerful personality.- Good communication and interpersonal skill.**Working Days and Hours**:Monday - Friday 8:30a.m. - 5:30p.mCompany Location: JB.
