Requirements: A diploma or certificate in administration, business management, or a related field is an advantage1-2 years of experience in a similar role especially in fleet management and office administrationProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa MelayuExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailFriendly and approachable demeanor with strong customer service skillsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a teamHigh degree of integrity, discretion and confidentialityDemonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and is consistently reliable Detailed Job Duties: Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, handle inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate personnelAnswer incoming calls, redirect calls as needed, and manage messagesMaintain visitor logs and issue visitor badgesKeep the reception area clean, tidy, and well-organizedAdministrative Tasks and Support: Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as document preparation, handling incoming and outgoing correspondenceManage incoming and outgoing mail and courier servicesManage and order office supplies, stationery, and pantry items and restock the inventories in advanceLiaison and coordinate company's fleet management and provide back up support to the MD Office in the absence of the driversMaintain records and filing systemsAny other tasks as assigned by immediate superior or management
