Receptionist:-Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.-Handling all phone calls and manage internal and external customers timely and professionally.-Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone or email.-Maintain cleanliness at reception area.-Set up meeting facilities.Admin:-Carry out clerical/ admin tasks such as prepare payment, filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.-To collect and distribute all incoming mail and courier items to the respective departments.-Supervise and inspect the cleaners work in their daily activities.-To perform other duties as assigned by the superior from time to time. -Possess positive attitude and sense of job responsibility.-Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U or attended training related to receptionist role.-Minimum 2 years of working experience is required for this position.-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.-Candidate must willing to work at Petaling Jaya.-Full-Time position(s) available.
