Receptionist Cum Admin

Job Description: Maintain files and records.Prepare documentations.Perform data entry.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.Answers phone calls courteously.Maintain the general office filing system.Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail. Requirements: Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.Able to converse in English and Bahasa Melayu.Able to complete all the tasks in the given timeline with the minimum supervision.Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work in fast pace environment.Age 20-30 years old and female only. Preferably Malaysian.5 days compulsory NON-PAID training.12 months contract basis after confirmation.
Work location: Kelana Square, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
