Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist cum Marketing Assistant at Ropheka Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Centre in Seremban. Y ou will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, handling phone etiquette, providing clerical support, communicating with patients, and providing excellent customer service. You will also assist with duties such as setting up appointments, preparing patients for therapy and maintaining patient recordsand supporting marketing activities - inclusive of our social media accounts and website.
Qualifications
Diploma in any relevant field
Excellent phone etiquette and receptionist duties skills
Clerical skills, including filing, data entry, and record keeping
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required
Proven work experience as a receptionist, preferably in a clinical setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & basic computer skills
Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers, computers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
Excellent organizational skills
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
Willingness to learn and improve
Fast-learner
Ability to use Canva and Capcut
Has own transport and is able to drive
Responsibilities
Greet patients as they come in and out
Able to do basic administrative work
Liase with patients and set their appointments
Issue invoices & receipts and collect payments
Answer phone calls and Whatsapp messages
Send appointment reminders to patients daily
Assist physiotherapists when needed
Assist with content creation and editing
