**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**- **Guest Reception**:- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.- Provide information about the homestay facilities, amenities, and local attractions.- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.- **Reservation Management**:- Manage room reservations, including bookings, cancellations, and modifications.- Ensure accuracy of reservation records and payment transactions.- Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are prepared for guest arrivals.- **Administrative Support**:- Handle cash transactions, including collecting payments and issuing receipts.- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the reception area.- **Safety and Security**:- Monitor the premises to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.- Follow established procedures for handling emergencies and incidents.- **Customer Service**:- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall guest experience.- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.- Assist guests with luggage and other requests as needed.- **Promotion and Marketing**:- Promote homestay services and amenities to guests, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.- Collect feedback from guests to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.**REQUIREMENTS**- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent.- **Experience**: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English and Malay languages is essential.
