In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat.  Main job responsibilities are:-Providing excellent customer service-Operation of Dental clinics-Prepare and dispense medicine-Do review calls to our patients-Manage patient expectations and welfare-Greeting and welcoming visitors-Answering phone calls and taking messages-Scheduling appointments-etcOther responsibilities include stock maintenance, upkeep of clinic hygiene and appearance, and related operational tasks.Requirement:Clinical experience is preferred but NOT TO WORRY, job TRAINING will also be provided if you do not have experience.Applicants must be willing and learn fast, polite, independent, reliable, and responsible has an initiative with a good attitude and pleasant personality.Must be able to work with computers and communicate in English/Bahasa Malaysia.The ability to speak Cantonese/Mandarin is also an advantage.Preferably stays near the workplace or is willing to travel.Working hours as follows.Mon-Fri 10 am- 6pmSaturdays 9:30am-5:30pmSunday and Public holiday offEPF and SOSCO availableInterested applicants are invited to apply online with the following information:-Latest photo-Age-Highest education level-Working experience-Location-Possess own transport or notJob Type: Full-timeSalary: RM1,800.00 to RM3000.00 /monthBenefits:-Opportunities for promotion-Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:-Overtime pay-Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:-Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
