Receptionist

The Corner Skin Specialist Clinic is a thriving, established Dermatology and Aesthetic Clinic in Kuching with an established medical team.
We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and friendly receptionist.
Your job will be primarily:
Greeting patients and registration
Answering phone calls and fielding simple questions
Booking patient appointments and arranging doctors' schedules to ensure patients are seen by relevant doctors
Updating clinic calendars
Answering social media questions and advertisement replies
Providing occasional support for clinical staff
Receiving packages and mail
Fielding occasional complaints
Being fluent in English, BM, and Mandarin is desirable.
Basic computer and social media skills are required.
