Receptionist

Details of the offer

Perform full reception function in a professional manner.
Assisting in administrative support to office staff such as arranging courier service, stationery and pantry orders, coordinating use of conference rooms, etc.
Assisting in hotel and flight bookings.
Assist with ad hoc projects.
Job Requirements:1-3 years relevant experience gained from a professional firm is an advantage.
F.7 or above.
Excellent communication skills, proficient and fluent in both written and spoken English & Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
Good presentation, punctual and well organized.
Self-motivated, reliable, hardworking and able to work independently.
