Receptionist
Business Working Hour:
Mondays to Fridays: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
Saturdays: Off-day
Sundays / Public Holidays: Rest Day
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person, meeting, and office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Receive office items delivery by the vendor.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
Handle outgoing courier/parcel and arrange for pickup.
Coordinate the L11 Community Hall event setup and the meeting room arrangement.
Arrange transportation for guests and accommodations if needed.
Keep updated records of office pantry items and toilet items.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Job Requirements:
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Professional attitude and appearance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
Excellent organizational skills.
Possess multitasking and time-management skills.
