Job Responsibilities:Responsible for front desk function and guest reception.
Attend to all guest and visitors' enquiries at the reception counter.
Attend to all incoming calls appropriately and courteously.
Receive all incoming mails, parcels and distribute to respective personnel/department and maintain log book on daily delivery.
Co-ordinate outgoing & in-coming mail, dispatch and courier services with HOD and liaison with courier companies on pick up time.
Maintaining a neat and professional front office environment to reinforce good corporate image.
Assist in other administration tasks as required by the superior and management.
Renewal of road tax and insurance for company motor vehicles.
Taking charge of office stationery requisition and purchases for Corporate office.
Hotel room reservation for Directors'/special guest (from overseas or outstation) and arrange the payment with respective Accounts Dept.
Manage the meeting room reservation.
Monitor and arrange the daily delivery of newspaper.
Perform any ad-hoc and admin tasks as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:Candidate must possess at least a certificate or Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Resourceful, meticulous and result-oriented and has the ability to both multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good attitude and a team player.
Willing to work at Glenmarie.
Fresh graduate or candidate with 1-2 years of experience is encouraged to apply.#J-18808-Ljbffr
