List-ID: 104651554Today 14:44**Job Description**:- Job Description:- Receive visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.- Respond to all requests in a courteous, professional manner at all times.- Control guests/vendors access to Club House through appropriate registration.- Assist on booking of on-site facilities (ie: function room, meeting room).- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.- Ensure all areas are well maintained in a professional and clean manner during shift.- Follow all safety and security policies, programs and procedures.- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as and when required.- Reports to Club Manager on all operation matters concerning the Front Desk department.Job Requirements:- Malaysian citizen.- Minimum of SPM / STPM or possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role will be added advantage.- Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Spoken & Written).
