Purpose of the Job:
Together with your manager and colleagues you work to support in your area in order to fulfil and optimise the recovery operations. You strive towards making a positive experience for our customers, so they will return and shop with us again over time.
Job Responsibilities:
You re-pack products meant for Back-To-Stock (BTS).
You assemble products for store themes in the store.
You handle quality claims of quality issues furniture.
You scrap quality claim furniture following strictly the procedures.
You sell As-Is furniture and serve customers in As-Is shop.
You print and stick As-Is price tags on the furniture for sale in As-Is shop.
You carry out some IT data entry works documenting the returned products into appropriate bins.
You maintain a clean, tidy, organised work area and keep tools/equipment in good conditions throughout the day and also prepare it in readiness for the next day's business.
You support the handling and administration of returned and transferred products with the objective being to minimise loss and maximise profit.
You work within the store to ensure that internal damages are minimised and the Recovery department is supported.
You work closely with your manager and colleagues to ensure everyone understands and contributes to the process with focus on prevention, revenue and sustainability.
You always contribute to environmental, health and safety performance in my store and work towards securing compliance with the group risk manual in the recovery operations areas.
You strive to minimise the financial loss of damaged in the store and try to maximise the financial recovery by repacking and moving goods back to stock or assemble, price and sell goods in the As-Is shop.
Qualifications:
Enthusiastic about work and working with others in a team.
Confident to approach and talk to people.
Ability to handle several tasks at the same time.
Ability to use and take personal initiative.
Willing to work on shift, weekend and public holiday.
