Recovery Officer - Asia Jaya (Immediate Hiring)

**Position**: Recovery Officer (Asia Jaya)**Location**: Petaling Jaya ( 2 minutes walking distance from LRT Asia Jaya)**Basic Salary **:RM 2000 + Incentive (RM 750 - RM 4000) + OT**Intake **:Immediate Hiring - August / September 2023 (No notice required)**Requirement**:- Must possess at least SPM, Diploma and Degree Certificate- Required Language(s) : Very Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English- No work experience required- Fresh graduate will good communication skill is welcome to apply- Training will be provided; fast learner- Malaysian only- Able to start work immediately- 50 full time position(s) available- Target oriented and Wiling to stay back to achieve target- Good convincing and negotiation skills needed- To attend to inbound and make outbound calls and remind the account holders of their outstanding payment payments- To liaise and negotiate with account holders on their payment issues- To follow-up and monitor on account holders' payment- To attend to the documentation required to assist collection**Working Days & Hours**:Monday - Friday / 8.45am - 5.45am**Salary** : RM 2000 + OT + Commissions (Rm750 - Rm4000)**Job Type**: ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Overtime pay
