Responsible for contacting customers to collect or remind them of overdue payments.Initiate outbound calls to remind customers of outstanding payments.Persuade, negotiate, and collaborate with customers/clients to establish feasible repayment plans.Efficiently follow up on payment commitments made by customers.To achieve individual / group targets in order to be entitled for Incentive SchemeExplain and clarify on non-payment and other product services.
