Recovery Officer

Make Outbound Calls to remind delinquent accounts about their overdue payments.- To achieve individual and group targets in order to be entitled for Incentive Scheme.- To monitor payment by debtors and to conduct follow-up calls to remind debtors on payment amount & payment date.- Call customer to remind on payments for past due accounts.- Explain and clarify with customer on non-payment and/or other service / product issues.- Work with customers to solve payment problem and make workable repayment arrangements.**Salary**: Up to RM2,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leaveSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission payCOVID-19 considerations:ALL CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK, CURBSIDE PICKUP AVAILABLE, COMMON SURFACES ARE SANITIZED REGULARLY, VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS,ETC.
