Job Description:Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from active sourcing, initial candidate assessments to interviews and offer management, ensuring they receive the best possible experienceSource top talents using a variety of creative techniques and reach out to passive candidates via different platforms, and in turn build up a strong talent network locallyCreate, build, and maintain networks of potential passive candidates to fill future anticipated and planned rolesManage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processesBuild and develop relationships with with hiring teams, guiding them through processesUse data to support your hiring recommendations, as well as using it to retro processes, figure out the blockers to hiring, communicate how these can be overcome and continually optimise the process to fulfill hiring needsRequirements:Bachelor's degreeAt least 1-2 years of sourcing or full cycle recruiting experiences in agency, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) or corporate recruitment teamsExperience in HR recruitment is a strong plusDemonstrated ability to manage high volume sourcing activities for various professional levelsQuick learner with a positive working attitudeIndependent, analytical, resourceful, and meticulousAble to multitask and work within timeline
