As a key member of our Human Resources & Recruitment department, you will play a crucial role in sourcing and securing top talent to drive the success of our company. What you'll be doing Proactively source and screen qualified candidates for a variety of roles across the organisationConduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills, experience and cultural fitManage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboardingBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of talent through job postings, networking, social media and other sourcing methodsCollaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional candidatesProvide recruitment reports and analysis to measure key performance metricsWhat we're looking for Minimum 2 years of demonstrated success in agency or in-house recruitment, preferably within a similar industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholdersProactive, resourceful and adept at sourcing and screening high-quality candidatesStrong organisation and multitasking skills to manage a diverse workflowFamiliarity with ATS systems and recruitment best practicesDegree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferredWhat we offer
