Responsibilities: Identifying new business opportunities and ensure repeated assignments from current clients.Understanding clients' business and identifying their recruitment needs.Provide good customer service and build good rapport with clients and candidates.Perform search of candidates through database and various job portals.Conduct the job matching between the candidate and client's expectation.Assessing candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience through preliminary phone interview.Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field of studies.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Experience in recruiting/sourcing background will be added advantage.Excellent analytical skills and be able to work well under a fast paced environment.Able to start work within short notice.Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia HOW TO APPLY Click Apply Now button below.
