We're looking for a Talent Consultant to join our Commercial team, to assist in the fulfillment of talents for Glints' hiring partners by providing a world-class Talent & Customer experience, and to grow Glints' talent database.
As a Talent Consultant, you're the vital link between clients and candidates. Talent Consultant is very different from HR, TA or internal recruiter. Instead of doing it with a psychological approach, the Consultant will use sales techniques and networking to attract potential talents for our hiring partners.What You'll Be DoingDeveloping a good understanding of our hiring partners, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment.
Working with candidates to identify the best job match and manage priorities efficiently.
Managing and tracking a high volume of hiring processes while also providing guidance, gathering feedback and pushing job processes forward.
Helping candidates at all stages of interviews at scale.
Who We Are Looking ForMin. 1 to 2 years of experienceas a recruitment consultant in a recruitment agency or in-house HR/Talent Acquisition.
Experience in sourcing, screening, and building a candidate pipeline for technical and non-technical roles.
High EQ and ability to adapt withtechnology and people.
Must have a passion and commitment forsales processes.
Must be solution and process-oriented.
Adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty: You will be working in a startup environment that is rapidly changing and iterating. Previous experience working in a startup environment would be an added advantage.
Recruitment consultant experience would be preferred.
We are an in-office culture. Flexibility is fine, but most people in our business team work Monday - Friday 10-7 and are available on weekends when needed to support candidate needs (but we won't abuse your weekends).#J-18808-Ljbffr
