Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates is key to success in this position.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management :Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their specific hiring needs, particularly those requiring technical expertise.Advise clients on current market trends, salary expectations, and recruitment best practices, with a focus on technical roles where applicable.Candidate Sourcing & Screening :Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and industry-specific platforms.Screen resumes and applications, ensuring candidates meet both technical and soft skill requirements.Conduct assessment interviews, assessing both general and technical competencies (where appropriate), including understanding of industry-relevant tools, platforms, or technologies.Candidate Matching & Placement :Match candidates with job roles based on their skills and experience with an emphasis on matching technical roles when necessary.Present shortlisted candidates to clients with a comprehensive understanding of how their technical skills meet job requirements.Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing pre-interview coaching with insights on technical role expectations.Negotiate job offers, salary packages, and employment terms, helping to bridge any gaps in expectations.Market Research & Business Development :Stay up to date with industry-specific trends and emerging technical requirements to offer clients deeper insights into the market.Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging technical knowledge to provide value-added consultation to potential clients.Build a talent pool of professionals with in-demand technical skills for future roles, particularly in industries such as IT, engineering, and tech-driven sectors.Skills & Competencies:Recruitment Expertise : Strong recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and relationship management.Technical Knowledge : Ability to understand and evaluate technical skills relevant to the industries being recruited for.
