Recruitment Consultant

**Overview****Job location**Phileo Damansara, PJ**Salary Range**The role is purely on commission-basis with a view to permanent depending on work performance**Responsibilities**- Maintain strong rapport with clients to support their recruitment needs- Coordinate recruitment initiatives i.e. career fair, talk shows, collaboration with higher institutions of learning etc.**Requirements**:- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent- 1-2 years of related working experience preferably from recruitment agency- Sales-driven with good communication and interpersonal skills- Resilient, able to juggle multiple projects and cope in a fast-paced environment- Able to work in a team and independently with mínimal supervision**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time**Salary**: Up to RM2,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
