Job Description Recruitment Consultant (Japanese Speaker) - Penang, Bayan Lepas This position will help organizations find and hire suitable candidates by sourcing, screening, and matching job seekers with open positions, while providing guidance to both clients and candidates throughout the hiring process (360 recruitment process). All clients and candidates are based in Japan, and also will target Taiwan, Korea, Singapore market.
Identify and develop client/business relationships to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specificationsMaintain database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other designationsPost job descriptions on relevant platforms, Source suitable candidates, and brief them on the opportunities offered by the clientConduct Japanese language assessment and score language proficiency.Manage the process through the interview to offer stage and beyondNegotiate pay and salary rates and finalize arrangements between client and candidateOffer CV, interview and general career advice *Can WFH one day in a week.
*Might have a chance to go business trip to Japan 1-2 times in a year.
