Due to expansion, we are currently looking for Recruitment Consultant (Junior/Senior) to join our experienced and growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the full spectrum of recruitment activities, from research, sourcing, interview, offer, and all operational and administrative work associated with hiring.
Responsible for professional and non-professional hiring across all business functions.
Manage the full recruitment process, including job posting, headhunting, sourcing, screening of candidates, candidate tracking, and status updates to hiring managers.
Facilitate interview feedback sessions, prepare salary proposals, extend verbal offers, and issue Employment Agreements.
Build strong relationships with clients and develop expertise in their business and talent needs, helping to develop and manage talent pools and pipelines.
Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a recruitment agency will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.
HQ in Puchong, able to work remotely.
