Recruitment Consultant (Kuala Lumpur & Penang)

Key Responsibilities:



-Identify clients and foster positive and long-term relationships


-Recognize and strive to meet client's hiring needs


-Negotiate on contracts to bring in business opportunities


-Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates


-Search for potential candidates using hiring databases, job portals and social media


-Evaluate resumes and applications


-Perform pre-interview screening with the candidates (phone screening and face-to-face interview)


-Create relationships with job seekers and provide consultation/advice


-Create leads and perform cold calling to prospective clients


-Achieve individual KPIs and sales target
