Recruitment - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)
ResponsibilitiesAssist the Region Operations Manager in day-to-day operations tasks for the project.
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
Prepare requirement materials and post jobs to appropriate channels.
Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media networking, referrals, etc.
Screen candidates' resumes and job applications before filtering to the relevant project within schedule.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and attitudes.
Onboard new employees to ensure full integration.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships.
Maintain and input active recruitment database.
Be analytical and ensure recruitment reports are submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist in operational quality surveys, ad-hoc project checking, and feedback on any recruitment/project issues.
Job RequirementsAt least SPM/Diploma in any field.
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Retail/Merchandising/FMCG background or related field is advantageous for this position.
Good command of written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidate must be proactive in resolving issues, think outside the box, and have a positive working attitude.
Able to work independently, with a strong sense of urgency, results-oriented, and resourceful.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate and technology-savvy.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
