To perform the end to end hiring process from CV sourcing - Assessment - Offer and Onboarding for an average of 15-20 new hire permonth- Schedule interview - minimum of 30 interviews per week- Completion of salary proposal template- Prepare letter of undertaking for pre-employment medical check-up- Submission of details of employee and Insurance enrollmentRequirements:- Bachelor's Degree in HRM/ Business Administration or equivalent Minimum 3 years experience in handling end-to-end HR functions, with high passion in Recruitment / Talent Sourcing- Good computer literacy especially for MS Excel & PowerPoint- Power BI and Power Query abilities are an advantages- Good English proficiency both verbal & written- High learning agility and problem solving skills- Preferably someone with headhunting experience.**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Rotational shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Recruiting: 3 years (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa Malaysia (preferred)- English (preferred)
