Functions:- Working alongside with inhouse Hiring Manager for vacancy(ies) fulfilment.- Conducts market research to built database pool and salary(ies) benchmark.- Training Calendar - facilitates in TNA and scouts for Training Programs that mapped with respective department/division needs- Supports daily HR Dept administrative and operations needs.**Requirements**:- Dip/Deg in Human Resource or equivalent.- Atleast 3years working experiences in related filed preferably with/recruitment agency.- Able to converse in English, Mandarin and BM.- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and proactive- Location: Melaka**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Deadline: 03/31/2024Expected Start Date: 04/01/2024
