RESPONSIBILITY:
Recruitment Strategy - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies/campaigns to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Conduct recruitment strategy discussions with teammates to ensure a complete understanding of the job requirements and qualifications needed to assume the role.
Screening and Selection - Implement and coordinate with teammates on reviewing applications, conducting pre-screening interviews, and assessing candidates' skills, qualifications, and fit for specific job roles.
Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews, technical assessments, and reference checks to ensure the selection of competent and reliable candidates.
Work with hiring managers.
Talent Pipeline Development - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline by proactively networking, attending job fairs, engaging with trade associations, and establishing relationships with industry professionals.
Continuously update and expand the candidate database to streamline future hiring processes.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
Employer Branding - Develop and promote the organization's employer brand to attract top talent.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create compelling recruitment materials, including job postings, brochures, videos, and social media campaigns.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
