We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join our dynamic team at Sichuan Jingchang Hongkun Freeman Overseas Consulting Co., Ltd. Malaysia Branch.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment process and managing all aspects of hiring new talent for our organisation in Malaysia.
The Recruitment Manager will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our strategic goals by identifying and securing top-quality candidates.
What you'll be doingDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract the best talent
Screen, interview and assess candidates to ensure they meet the requirements for the role
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting job ads to making job offers
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements
Maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future roles
Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve processes
Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Provide guidance and support to the HR team
What we're looking forMinimum 5 years of experience in a recruitment or hiring management role
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
Proficient in using recruitment-related software and tools
Fluency in both English and Chinese
