Job ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement and manage a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with company goals
Create a proactive recruitment plan that ensures a pipeline of qualified candidates
Oversee the recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and selecting candidates
Ensure a smooth onboarding process by coordinating with HR and relevant departments
Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and role requirements
Develop strong relationships with department leaders to understand their needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process
Use job boards, social media and other recruitment channels effectively to attract top talent
Evaluate and recommend improvements for recruitment tools and platforms to ensure efficiency
Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring they have the skills and resources to perform effectively
Work on employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an attractive place to work
Develop communication strategies to engage and attract prospective candidates
Track, analyze and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and candidate satisfaction
Utilize data to improve recruitment processes and outcomes
Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure the recruitment process is compliant
Implement fair hiring practices and ensure a diverse, inclusive recruitment process
Build relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities and industry networks
Attend job fairs, industry events and networking events to source candidates and build the company's reputation in the market
Manage the recruitment budget, including advertising, agency fees, and recruitment tools
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Certification in HR or recruiting (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics, data analysis and reporting
Familiarity with job boards, social media recruiting, and recruitment marketing tools
Ability to analyze market trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly
Experience in budgeting and resource management for recruitment activities
Ability to meet recruitment deadlines and maintain high levels of productivity
Ability to develop innovative strategies for attracting diverse talent
