Process MRF (Manpower Request Form) for recruitment requisitions.
Job Posting & Sourcing:Post job openings on various platforms, including BRIO, MyFutureJobs, and the UOC career page.
Source and pre-screen candidates based on job specifications and qualifications.Interview Coordination:Arrange and coordinate interviews with candidates.Reference Checking:Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates.Hiring Negotiations:Manage salary and joining date negotiations with candidates.Prepare and issue formal offer letters to selected candidates.
Onboarding & Documentation:Raise JIRA requests for new joiners to initiate onboarding processes.
Send email hire announcements to relevant stakeholders, ID creation and access setup.Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2 years' Experience in the educational or university industry.
Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive or in a similar recruitment-focused role.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, best practices, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high degree of interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software/tools.
Knowledge of relevant labor laws and hiring regulations.
