The primary focus of this role is designed to help build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to assist in driving the clients' recruiting process and to drive successful placements. Key responsibilities include:
Conduct talent sourcing, candidate outreach and shortlist candidate for hirers using SmartHire service by leveraging SEEK AI Tools.Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates with the skills, qualifications, and experience needed for specific positions.Proactively source passive candidates by identifying potential talent before job openings come in.Partner with internal teams to understand job requirements and the ideal candidate profile.Ensure that progress tracking is current and compliant in the internal systems while maintaining data integrity and reporting recruiting metrics as needed.Execute the strategy and operations required to meet SLAs and KPIs.Responsible for other ad hoc/special assignments or projects Qualifications The successful candidate will have:
At least 1 years of experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment or talent acquisition preferredExperience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple hiring priorities.Strong research and problem-solving skills to find unique sourcing opportunities.
