Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment plans.Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including job postings, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.Promote the company's brand as an employer of choice in the cryptocurrency industry through various channels and recruitment events.Review and screen resumes, conducting initial assessments of candidates' qualifications and experience.Proactively reach out to potential candidates through social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing methods.Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information about the company, the role, and the interview process.Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms as needed.Work with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and provide insights for improvement.Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space.Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to facilitate talent sourcing and referrals.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the cryptocurrency or financial technology sector.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.High level of integrity and professionalism.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Must be able to read and speak fluently in Chinese.
