What will you do: End-to-End Recruitment Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.Industry-Specific Talent Acquisition Source experienced candidates within the FX & CFDs sector, including roles in trading, compliance, sales, marketing, IT, and operations.Leverage your knowledge of the industry to identify niche skills and emerging talent trends.Candidate Experience Build and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.Market Insights & Employer Branding Provide insights on recruitment trends and competitor activities within the FX & CFDs space.Enhance the companys employer brand by representing the organization at industry events and networking opportunities.Remote Collaboration Effectively manage recruitment activities remotely or in-office, ensuring seamless communication with global teams. Who are we looking for: Experience: Proven track record of recruiting within the FX & CFDs industry (minimum 3 years).Strong understanding of the roles, functions, and technical requirements in the FX & CFDs sector.Candidates must be able to speak fluently in English. Ability to speak Chinese is advantage but not mandatory.Skills: Proficiency in using ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions effectively.Work Setup: Comfortable working remotely or from the office.Ability to collaborate with international teams across multiple time zones.Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Medical Benefits
