**Responsibilities**:- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop recruitment strategies, and provide market insights.- Utilise various sourcing channels and tools to identify and attract top talent, including social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events.- Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline and proactively identify future hiring needs.- Liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs.- Determining selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for vacant positions.- Preparing hiring forecasts as part of the company's strategic planning.- Developing hiring strategies and procedures in line with industry trends, as well as keeping informed of advancements in the field.- Participates in the onboarding process and getting frequent feedback from new hires- Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement**Results**:- Successfully fill at least 90% of open positions with top talent within the specified timeframe.- Improve the time-to-fill metric by at least 20%, to ensure a more efficient and effective recruitment process that meets the needs of the organisation and its hiring managers.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent in a competitive market.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Knowledge of job posting sites and professional social media platforms such as LinkedIn- Knowledge of various interviewing methods- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate and present at all levels of the organisation (both written and verbal)- Must be flexible, adaptable, with ability to multitask- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills- Ability to work fast in a changing environment- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Familiarity with recruitment-related laws and regulations.- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related tools and technologies.- Proven experience with working for a startup is an edge!- Flexible to work onsite, or work from home.- Able to travel to HQ (Batu Pahat) once a week.Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Flexible schedule- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leave- Work from homeSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Recruiting: 5 years (required)Expected Start Date: 06/01/2024
