Responsibilities Key point of contact for the business and ensure effective and timely recruitment support delivered.
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle for search of candidates through cold-calling, networking, and recommendations.
Participate in business development Effectively listen to and understand clients hiring needs, preferences by providing professional consultation services.
Build relationship, engage talents, provide excellent candidate experience and create brand awareness for the organization.
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
360 recruitment.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements Minimum 2-3 years of recruitment experience.
Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a relevant field.
Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin.
Candidates with business development experience will have an added advantage Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Able to work independently, strong sense of urgency, results oriented and resourceful.
