About the role Work Location : Bangpoo, Samutprakarn, Thailand
Reporting To : Sales Director, Animal Nutrition – APMEA
Travel : Asia Pacific, Middle East & South Africa (Ireland/US when required)
Role Summary Function: This will be a hybrid role comprising of Account Management responsibilities as well as assisting other Account Managers in the region as a Technical Manager. This role will interact with the Global Technical Team, helping to assist trials within the region, participate in Technical Seminars, and be willing to give technical presentations to customers.  Market responsibility: The primary focus will be to develop and grow the market in Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Cambodia.  Applications: Able to run feed formulation scenarios with Bestmix (or another popular formulation application) to showcase how using one of our technologies can be beneficial to the end customer by saving in feed formulations. Purpose: The primary purpose is to drive sales growth of Kerry's animal nutrition products with poultry and swine producers, integrators and distributors by developing opportunities with current and prospective accounts both as an Account Manager and Technical Manager. Key responsibilities Utilize direct contacts and networking in the industry to build relationships and sell Establish Kerry as a long-term supplier in key customer accounts by developing and maintaining good customer relationships Utilize direct contacts and networking in the industry to build relationships. The largest portion of the business will be focused on poultry and swine accounts. The primary focus will be on Thailand and to manage accounts in Malaysia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Lao when needed.  Involves directly managing several accounts consisting of feed integrators, premix manufacturers and distributors. Support distributors, develop accounts and grow.  Connect with key accounts: CP, Betagro, Thai Union, Thai Royal Feeds, Cargill, Laemthong, GPFT, Saha, others Work with customer service and follow through from order to delivery and ensure a good customer experience Set up and manage customer trials.  Qualifications and skills Minimum 5 years' experience in animal nutrition sector (feed mills, enzyme and gut health companies etc), with academic background in Animal Nutrition, Poultry Nutrition, Swine Nutrition, or related fields. Production formulating experience is preferred but not required. A solid understanding of nutritional supplements including NSP Enzymes, Protease Enzymes or experience with Gut Health Additives such as Probiotics, Postbiotics or similar technologies. Required to have technical exposure/knowledge in livestock nutrition including enzyme and probiotic and feed formulations. Fluent in both Thai and English languages.
